Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CoinRush, an online marketplace operated by Atheral Earth.

By accessing CoinRush or placing an order through the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Marketplace

CoinRush is an online marketplace that enables independent sellers to list and offer products to customers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Atheral Earth is the marketplace operator;
  • the respective seller is the seller of the product;
  • the seller remains responsible for its inventory and fulfilment; and
  • listing a product on CoinRush does not mean that Atheral Earth purchases or owns that inventory.

CoinRush may facilitate product listings, ordering, payments, technology integrations, logistics, promotions and customer support.

2. Products and Sellers

Products available on CoinRush are offered by independent sellers.

The respective seller is responsible for the authenticity, quality, safety, packaging, labelling, regulatory compliance, specifications and accuracy of product-related information.

CoinRush may review, modify the presentation of, suspend or remove listings where required for operational, legal, compliance or customer-experience reasons.

3. Pricing, Offers and Vouchers

Product prices, MRP, discounts and promotional offers may be provided by or agreed with the respective seller.

Certain products may be made available through vouchers, coupons, discounts or limited-period promotional campaigns.

Such offers may be subject to eligibility conditions, validity periods, redemption limits, product availability and other campaign-specific conditions.

Vouchers, coupons or promotional benefits cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee fulfilment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including the delivery address, PIN code and contact information, are complete and accurate before placing the order.

The delivery address cannot be changed after an order has been placed.

CoinRush may cancel, hold or reject an order due to reasons including:

  • payment failure;
  • suspected fraud or misuse;
  • duplicate orders;
  • inventory mismatch;
  • delivery non-serviceability;
  • regulatory requirements; or
  • other operational reasons.

5. Payments

CoinRush may facilitate the collection of payments relating to orders placed through the Platform on behalf of the respective seller.

Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment service providers.

The product transaction remains between the customer and the respective seller, subject to the marketplace services provided by CoinRush.

6. Invoices

Where applicable, the respective seller is responsible for issuing the product invoice or other product-related tax document in accordance with applicable law.

Atheral Earth may separately issue documents relating to services supplied by it, where required by law.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Products are fulfilled by the respective sellers and may be delivered through logistics partners facilitated or integrated by CoinRush.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on seller processing, courier operations, serviceability and other operational factors.

Shipping and delivery will also be governed by the Shipping Policy available on CoinRush.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, replacements, refunds and cancellations are governed by the Return and Refund Policy, applicable campaign conditions and applicable law.

CoinRush will act as the primary customer-facing interface for order-related support and may coordinate with the relevant seller, logistics provider or payment provider as required.

9. Customer Conduct

Customers must not misuse CoinRush or its offers.

This includes:

  • fraudulent use of vouchers or coupons;
  • unauthorised multiple redemptions;
  • manipulation of promotional offers;
  • providing false or misleading information;
  • interfering with the Platform; or
  • attempting to bypass applicable purchase restrictions.

CoinRush may restrict access, cancel orders or take other reasonable action where fraud or misuse is suspected.

10. Intellectual Property

CoinRush branding, website content, design and platform materials may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without appropriate authorisation.

Seller names, trademarks, logos, product images and other seller-owned materials remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Atheral Earth will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

The version published on CoinRush at the relevant time will apply to your use of the Platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
